Terms and Conditions for Wosul

Introduction

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the client and Wosul Information Technology Company, a company registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under Commercial Registration No. (1010634475), with its headquarters located in Riyadh, King Saud Road, Sanam Tower.

The company will be referred to hereinafter as the “First Party,” and the client whose account is activated will be referred to as the “Second Party.”

Wosul provides technological solutions to various sectors such as restaurants and retail stores, aiming to contribute to the automation of these sectors. It offers specialized software services including inventory management, sales, e-invoicing, and payment solutions.

By accepting these terms and conditions through subscribing to or using any of Wosul’s services, you agree to be legally bound by them and acknowledge that you have read and understood the company’s Privacy Policy and any other applicable policies on official channels.

1. The Client and Authorized User

  • The client is defined as a legal entity or institution with a valid commercial registration, and the individual agreeing to these terms acts as the legal representative or is duly authorized by the client.
  • Any other user accessing Wosul’s services on behalf of the client, including employees, partners, or a third party, will be the responsibility of the client.

2. License

  • Wosul grants the client a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use the agreed-upon software and services.
  • Reselling or using the services for commercial purposes is prohibited without prior written consent from the First Party.

3. Software Updates

  • Wosul may periodically release updates, enhancements, or new versions of the software, which may include adding or removing certain functionalities.
  • The client must follow the company’s instructions regarding updates and modifications to ensure the security and performance of the software.

4. Technical Support

  • Wosul provides technical support and maintenance services remotely via approved channels (email, WhatsApp).
  • On-site services or platform training are not included unless agreed upon in writing.

5. Data Responsibility

  • The client is responsible for maintaining the security of their data, account, and password.
  • Wosul is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from misuse or loss of data due to client errors.
  • Client data will be deleted 30 days after subscription termination unless laws require a longer retention period.

6. Limited Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wosul shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, reputation, or data.
  • The company’s total liability is limited to the fees paid during the preceding 12 months.

7. Usage Restrictions

The client is prohibited from:

  • Reverse engineering or attempting to access the source code.
  • Copying, distributing, or renting the software.
  • Using the service to create a competing product.
  • Interfering with the service operation or bypassing technical restrictions.
  • Violating any laws or intellectual property rights of any third party.

8. Subscription Cancellation Policy

  • The subscription fee will be automatically deducted after the free trial period ends.
  • Your POS subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period, whether monthly or annual.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting the support team.
  • Upon cancellation, access may be terminated immediately, and some data may be deleted.
  • No refunds or credits will be issued for any portion of a prepaid subscription period.

9. Return Policy

  • Wosul devices can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • Refunds are not permitted after 14 days from the delivery date. Returns are accepted only within the specified period.
  • Devices must be returned in their original condition with all accessories.
  • If the devices are defective or were shipped by mistake, Wosul will cover the return shipping fees. In other cases, the customer is responsible for the shipping fees.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 30 days of receiving the returned devices.
  • Any free or promotional devices must also be returned.

10. Final Provisions

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • Wosul reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, with changes announced via official company channels.
  • Any other agreements or documents are not considered binding unless signed in writing by the First Party.
